Level 9/10/ARCT Harmony Chorales

For Level 9/10/ARCT harmony chorales, would voice leading between the last chord (with fermata) of the previous phrase and the first chord of next phrase be considered? Sometimes, I have to write parallel fifth, augmented 2/4 or voice overlapping between such two chords.

Proper voice leading should be followed as closely as possible from the last chord of one phrase to the first chord of the next. Occasionally, voice overlapping may be unavoidable. However, parallel fifths and octaves, as well as augmented melodic intervals occurring between these chords would be considered incorrect.
