Questions Regarding Lists of Resources

I want to clarify something on an Elementary Pedagogy written exam paper. The question asks me to list five resource materials I would use to enhance music study at Grade 1 level. I'm really not sure if the examiner wants to see how knowledgeable I am with RCM publications materials (Celebration Series: Repertoire, Etude, Sight Reading and Ear Training, and Technique) and/or other than those (e.g. Connections for Piano, Pattern Play, etc.)

Written pedagogy questions asking candidates for a list of resources are designed primarily to allow candidates to indicate the breadth of their knowledge. Although series such as Pattern Play and Connections certainly qualify as resource materials that would enhance music study at Level 1, the Celebration Series repertoire and study books published by the Royal Conservatory constitute primary, rather than supplementary, materials. Supplementary resources can include albums of arrangements of familiar tunes, duets, books about music, and also websites that offer interactive musical experiences and musicianship opportunities.

Ideally, a candidate would list a variety of resources, including both published materials and digital resources. Important considerations with any of these resources include specifics such as the name of the author/composer and the title or name of the resource. Since written pedagogy questions asking for lists of resources often require a brief description, candidates should be prepared to offer one.
