When May I Submit a Violin Repertoire Piece?

When may I submit a Violin repertoire piece with piano accompaniment, that I composed for the 2020 violin series? I have made several inquiries and the date has been moved ahead to March 2019, but my concern is can the violin syllabus be put together and be ready to go to print, in such a short time?

RCM Publishing has confirmed that the Violin syllabus and series revision has not been moved ahead to March 2019; this project is scheduled for later this year.
